Any of the listed product(s) post purchased will not be replaced in the following conditions:

        • The replacement was requested beyond 7 days of delivery
        • Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered.
        • Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
        • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
        • The respective product has not been sent back to us within 7 days after replacement confirmation from us.
        • Any damage caused by mishandling, unauthorized modification, liquid contact or moisture, neglect, abuse or misuse, including but not limited to the failure to use the listed purchased products for their normal purpose in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for usage, failure to properly maintain the listed purchased products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and/or the failure to use the listed purchased products in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
        • Normal wear and tear
        • Use of the listed products purchased with incompatible or faulty equipment; Unauthorized modifications; Repairs or checks conducted by self, unauthorized persons or service centre's
        • The model and/or serial number of the listed products purchased being altered, removed or made illegible; accidents; or acts of god or any cause beyond the control of us.
        • After placing the order, customer can cancel the order within 3 hour if he/she wishes to. And in case of customer requesting for a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and refund will be processed through same mode within 5-7working days. For all other return/cancellation/refund the listed policies will be applied.
