Description

- Now supports iPhone 15. If you cannot connect to iPhone 15, use an Android or older iPhone model (14 or older) to update the Quick Reader firmware to the latest version and update the X3 firmware to version 1.0.87 or above.





Note
1. Even if there is a microSD card in the camera, data will be saved to the SD card on the Quick Reader when it is connected to the camera.
2. If the Quick Reader is disconnected while shooting, the file will not be saved on the Quick Reader.
3. Quick Reader may disconnect during intense action or movement. Please use it with caution.
4. With some phone manufacturers, such as OPPO, you will need to enable OTG in the phone's settings before using the Quick Reader.
5. If your iPhone 15 or iPad with a USB-C port is not able to recognize the X3 Quick Reader, please use an Android device or an earlier iPhone model (14 or prior) to connect to the X3 Quick Reader and update the device's firmware to version 1.0.87 or above.
6. Devices that don't support exFAT, such as the Google Pixel, cannot read the files saved on the Quick Reader.
7. To ensure a solid connection, it is recommended to remove phone/tablet covers before connecting with the Quick Reader.
8. Some Vivo phones are not compatible with the Quick Reader, please consult Insta360 customer service team for details.
